My Journey: Finding My Path To Success

One of the turning points for me was at the age of 18. While my friends were enjoying their gap years and partied their life away, I headed off to London. In the bustling heart of the business world in London, I focused on my career and at just 19, I found myself working for Credit Suisse on a groundbreaking project. It was there that I had the privilege of assisting ten of Europe's greatest minds and executives, soaking up their wisdom and strategies. It was also there, I fell head over heels in love………not with a man but with all things business.

Armed with this burning desire to feel that I was worthy and good enough, I threw myself into my career. I focussed on my strengths, honed my skills, and mastered my art. 

I climbed the corporate ladder with unwavering determination and relentlessness becoming one of the youngest managers, directors, and board members in the organisations I worked for. And often, I was not only the youngest in the room but the only female seated at the table. 

And now, with over two decades of experience as both an intrapreneur and a small business owner, my journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. I've witnessed the exhilarating highs of scaling a travel tech company by 10x in just five years, only to experience the heartbreaking lows of its sudden implosion two years after my departure. The devastation that followed was unimaginable, leaving a trail of shattered dreams, unfulfilled promises, and unanswered questions.

Through these experiences, I've gained profound insights into the common struggles faced by business owners and executives.
